Processing Times
Orders are processed and shipped from Philadelphia, PA.
In-stock orders typically ship within 5–7 business days.
Pre-orders will ship once the print run is complete and ready. Estimated ship dates will be noted at checkout and in your confirmation email. You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Packaging
Zines are packed with care in protective mailers to prevent damage during transit. Collector’s Editions may ship with additional protective inserts.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your package arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery estimate: Jay@susmomentos.com
We’ll work with you to make it right. Please include your order number and photos of any damage, if applicable.
